GOOD FOR 3 PERSONS.

INGREDIENTS:

• PASTA- 350grams
• TOMATO SAUCE- 600grams
•  SMOKED BACON- 100grams.
• PECORINO CHEESE- 40grams (sheep cheese)
• PARMESAN CHEESE- 25grams
• BROTH CUBE- 1piece
• BLACK PEPPER- only few

PROCEDURES:

1. Prepare your pot with some water where to boil your pasta and once it will boil you can put the 1 piece of BROTH CUBE.
2. For the mean time while waiting for the water to boil, start to cook the sauce. Just prepare a non-stick frying pan and make it hot. Once it’s hot, put the SMOKED BACON and cook it for at least 2 minutes. just enough it gets brown.
3. After cooking the smoked bacon, drain it from it’s oil and put it in a separate dish.
4. You save the oil from the smoked bacon because you are going to use that one for the sauce. You can use the same non-stick frying pan with the oil of the smoked bacon and now you can pour the TOMATO SAUCE and cook it for at least 10mins in medium fire.
5. Make sure that you are also checking the water in the pot for the pasta. Now once it starts to boil you can now put your PASTA and cook it for at least 12mins. But you check also the pack of the pasta because it’s written there how many minutes you should cook the pasta.
6. Now once 10mins. is over for the tomato sauce just leave it in the stove while waiting for the pasta. When the pasta is ready, you can now go on with the cooking. Just drain the pasta and proceed to the next step.
7. Once the pasta is already drained, you can now go on with the sauce. Mix the cooked smoked bacon within the tomato sauce.
8. Then pour now the pasta within the sauce then follow the PARMESAN CHEESE, PECORINI CHEESE and SOME BLACK PEPPER POWDER. Then mix everything very well for at least 1minute. After mixing PASTA ALL’AMATRICIANA  is now ready to serve.
