INGREDIENTS:
- GROUND BEEF – 300gr.
- PARMESAN CHEESE – 30gr.
- FINELY CHOPPED ONION – ½ PC.
- FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC – 2 cloves
- BROWN SUGAR - 2 tsp.
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1/8 tsp.
- SALT – 1 tsp.
- EGG – 1 PC.
- BURGER BUNS – 5 PCs.
TOPPINGS:
- SOTTILETTE CHEESE / SLICED CHEDDAR CHEESE – 10 PCs.
- MAYONNAISE
- KETCHUP
- SALAD DRESSING
- SLICED TOMATOES
- LETTUCE LEAVES
OPTIONAL:
- PICKLES
- ONION RINGS (raw or fried)
DIRECTION:
- In a large mixing bowl, add beef, salt, sugar, black pepper powder and Parmesan cheese
- Mix well and then add egg
- Mix again obtaining a smooth mixture
- Separate half cup of mixture and handle it giving it a hamburger shape
- Cut in a half burger buns and toast each side on a very hot non-stick pan
- Cook hamburger for 5min each side or until done
- Proceed “building” your burger by alternating layers from the “toppings” ingredients
