BALON-BALONAN NG MANOK
INGREDIENTS:
- CHICKEN GIZZARDS – 500gr.
- MINCED GINGER – 40gr.
- MINCED RED BELL PEPPER – 100gr.
- CHOPPED ONION – 100gr.
- CHOPPED GARLIC – 3 cloves
- OYSTER SAUCE – 3 tbsp.
- JUICE OF A LEMON – 1 PC.
- GROUND MIXED PEPPER – A PINCH
- EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL – 2 tbsp.
- CHILI PASTE – 1 tsp.
PROCEDURE:
Heat a medium sized non-stick frying pan with the extravirgin olive oil, sweat the onions, add the minced ginger, the chopped garlic, the minced red bell pepper, the thinly sliced chicken gizzards, the oyster sauce, the ground mixed pepper, the lemon juice, the chili paste and simmer until chicken gizzards are cooked.

salamat at mayroon na akong idea kun paano lutuin ang balon-balonan ng manok… subukan ko to kasi pag naggrocery kami ng asawa ko lagi kasi niyang tinatanong kun ano at pano lutuin yong balon-balonan ng manok tapos mahilig kasi siya sa spicy foods, eh.. saka tunayan every meal hindi nawawala yong chili paste niya.. gustong-gusto kasi niya yong filipino foods kaysa canadian foods nahawa sa ‘kin… sa suka mahilig din sya lalo na sa saw-sawan daig pa nga ako, eh na pure pinay..
maraming salamat talaga hindi na ako mamomoblema kuna no lulutuin ko every dinner…hehehe
