CHICKEN SPREAD PEACHY’s STYLE

 INGREDIENTS:

  • CHICKEN FILLET – 100 gr.
  • SHREDDED CARROTS – 50 gr.
  • FINELY CHOPPED CELERY - 50 gr.
  • FINELY CHOPPED SWEET BELL PEPPER GREEN – 25 gr.
  • MAYONNAISE – 240 gr.
  • PICKLE RELISH – 4 tsp.
  • HONEY - 3 tsp.
  • SALT – very few
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER – very few
  • TOMATO KETCHUP – 2 tbsp.
  • BROTH CUBE – 1 PC. (CHICKEN FLAVOR)
  • OLIVE OIL – 1 tbsp.
  • SLICE BREAD – 3 slices

PROCEDURE:

Bring to boil the chicken fillet with broth cube at least 15 minutes and cut into small pieces.

In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients aside of the broth cube and stir well.

Toast slice bread, spread the chicken spread and serve.
