PORK CUTLETS with GRAPPA

GOOD FOR 4 – 6 PERSONS.

INGREDIENTS:

  • PORK CUTLETS – 8 PCs.
  • GRAPPA – 8 tbsp. (Typical Italian spirit mostly obtained from grape stalks)
  • BUTTER – 2 tbsp.
  • SALT
  • A PINCH OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • FLOUR – 6 tbsp.

PROCEDURE:

Sprinkle some salt on both sides of your cutlets then coat them with the flour, melt the butter in a large non-stick frying pan and roast the pork flipping often. Ground all over the black pepper, add the Grappa and simmer until reduced.
