MASCARPONE CREAM

GOOD FOR 4 to 6 SERVINGS:

  • Mascarpone – 300 gr.
  • Egg Yolk – 3 PCs.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Liquor For Sweets (But also Rum, Sherry, Brandy, Whiskey) – 3 tbsp.

PROCEDURE:

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a small mixing bowl for 2 minutes, until foamy, add Mascarpone and liquor and whisk again for 2 minutes until it appears nicely smooth and creamy.

Decor upon taste with cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, sugar grains, cookies, etc.
