ADOBONG PORK LIVER
GOOD FOR 4 PERSONS.
INGREDIENTS:
- PORK LIVER- 1 kilo
- LEMON JUICE- 1/2 piece (you can add more if you want or you can use also vinegar)
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 1/2 teaspoons
- SLICED ONIONS- 1 piece
- CHOPPED GARLIC- 4 cloves
- SOY SAUCE- 4 tablespoons
- ONION RINGS- 1 piece for garnishing
- SALT- optional
PROCEDURES:
In a medium size bowl marinate the PORK LIVER with the following ingredients:
SOY SAUCE, HALF PORTION of the CHOPPED GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER POWDER and LEMON JUICE. Don’t marinate too much. Just make sure after mixing up everything you will already prepare the non-stick frying pan, make it hot then put the OLIVE OIL and once the oil is hot start to sauteed the SLICED ONIONS, CHOPPED GARLIC, add the marinated PORK LIVER and cook for at least 8-10 minutes. Don’t overcook or else the pork liver will get hard, add salt if needed. After 8-10 minutes it’s ready to serve.
