PANCIT GUISADO WITH PORK
GOOF FOR 4 PERSONS.
INGREDIENTS:
- PANCIT – 230 gr. / 1 PACK
- PORK FILLET – 300 gr.
- CARROTS – 200 gr.
- HOLLAND BEANS / CHICHARO – 100 gr.
- OYSTER SAUCE – 5 tbsp.
- MINCED GARLIC – 2 cloves
- SLICED ONIONS – 1/2 PC.
- BROTH CUBE – 1 PC. (VEGETABLE FLAVOR)
- OLIVE OIL – 2 tbsp.
- BLACK PEPPER POWDER – 1/4 tsp.
- SALT – 1/2 tsp.
PROCEDURE:
Season the pork with salt and pepper before cooking, meanwhile, bring to boil 700 ml of water.
In a wok or a large pan, heat the Olive Oil, sweat the Onions and the Garlic, add the Pork and after 3 minutes add the Carrots and the Oyster Sauce. Once Carrots are partially cooked, add the Holland Beans or Chicharo and cook through for 3-4 minutes.
Once tha water is boiling add the broth cube and soak the pancit, cook for 1-2 minutes, drain and mix well with the meat and vegetables until pancit gets the flavor.
